With an international reputation for innovative education, enterprise and leading edge but practical research, we are one of the leading UK universities for business and industry. We educate the technologists, professionals and thinkers of tomorrow and our graduates are highly sought after by employers.
We offer a wide variety of courses from Architectural Engineering, Robotics and Cybertronics, Business, Economics and Finance, through to Sport and Exercise Sciences, Fashion Design for Industry and Applied Psychology.
All our courses are aimed at applying knowledge to real-world challenges and more 92% of our students graduating with a Bachelor’s degree go into work, further study or training within six months of finishing their studies.

Each student gets assigned their own mentor/supervisor. Classes are small (usually between 20 and 40 students) and lecturers are friendly, approachable and supportive.

There are direct flights from Oslo and Bergen to Edinburgh - come and visit us, so we can show you the campus and our facilities. You also have the chance to meet lecturers which teach on the course you are interested in, so you can discuss all your questions before you even apply!
